<p>A. &#8220;Measurement, measurement, measurement.</p>
<p>The reality is the tools will always been changing and adapting. The critical element that will never waver is measurement. Understand performance measurements, which vary by medium (of course), and you will best understand how to make the biggest impact for your clients.&#8221;</p>

<p>When used the right way, LinkedIn and other social media tools can be leveraged for effective business use, including networking and research! Unfortunately, many users aren&#8217;t familiar with the tools or faux pas of such media types.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s a few hints:</p>
<ul>
<li>Link to those who know you well and give/get recommendations</li>
<li>Always personalize your inital requests to connect with a reference to how you know them</li>
<li>Use message boards (such as LinkedIn&#8217;s Question &amp; Answer board) to leverage your network</li>
